How to Play La Boule

La Boule is a roulette-like game. There are 9 numbers and three colours to gamble on in this game. It is played using a rubber ball that is slightly smaller than a tennis ball and is played on a huge wooden wheel. The wheel appears as below:

Rules of La Boule
The wheel is divided into nine digits, 1:9, and three colours, black, red, and yellow, as shown in the figure above. The digits one, three, six, and eight are black; two, four, seven, and nine are red; and five is yellow. The dealer will spin the wheel and ball after calling "Rien ne va plus" (no more bets); the outcome is determined by the depression where the ball falls. The betting layout is shown in the image below.

Every stake has an 11.11% house edge, as seen in the table above. This is far more dangerous than roulette, mainly European roulette. So, if you have to choose between la boule and roulette, go with roulette.

Malaysia Genting French Boule Rules
French Boule is a game played in the Genting casino in Malaysia. According to Singapore laws, a ball is tossed into an arena with several indentations, each with a number from 0 to 9. Each number has the same total amount of indentations.

A bet on a specific number, such as 5, is one sort of bet. The chance of winning is 10%—winnings payout at an odds of 8:1. The house has a 10% advantage.

Another is based on a group of three numbers, such as 1, 4, or 7, 2, 5, or 8, or 3, 6, or 9. The chances of winning are 30%—winnings payout at a 2:1 ratio. The house also has a 10% advantage.
